Meet Our Founder

Stephen McCall is a U.S. Air Force veteran and former senior advisor (Congressional Research Service) to the U.S. Congress, now based in Barcelona, Spain, where he leads The Cislunar Group - helping international and U.S. space and defense companies expand faster and smarter.
After serving more than two decades in the Department of Defense including time as a Defense Fellow for the U.S. Senate, he transitioned to industry as Head of Government Affairs for Firefly Aerospace, where he led federal engagement and secured major funding initiatives.
In 2020, Stephen became a single father through international adoption — a life-changing decision that inspired him to relocate to Europe to support his two sons’ pro football (soccer) dreams while fulfilling his own mission: to build a global firm connecting innovation, government, and opportunity.
